3point5.com, the online campus, was created to meet a huge training and employee purchase need at retail in Sporting Goods and related consumer product industries. It was founded in the Fall of 2004, during a time when broadband internet access was becoming the norm, rendering old-school, VCR or CD-based training and paper-based pro-deals obsolete.

The company had fantastic timing. After a year of development, testing and refining, the company and its methods got traction. Before long, the 3point5.com team had built a community of over 100,000 Retail Sales Professionals from the many Sporting Goods industries and beyond.
